Our Purpose
We believe long-term health should be proactive, personalised, built on data, and deeply human. At The Longevity Lab, we’re redefining what’s possible for health and vitality, where ageing doesn’t mean decline and people stay strong, energised and mentally sharp for decades longer.
We do this by combining cutting-edge diagnostics with behavioural science and ongoing clinical support, so every client can better understand how their body is functioning today, and how to improve it over time.
Our Story
The Longevity Lab was created by Salem and Melissa Domiati, whose shared journey sparked a deep interest in living not just longer, but better. Meeting later in life gave them a new perspective on ageing, vitality and what it truly means to thrive.
Their curiosity led them around the world, exploring longevity research, nutritional science and evidence-based protocols that improve energy, sleep, strength and overall wellbeing. The changes they experienced were transformative, more vitality, sharper focus and a renewed sense of health.
Today, they’ve channelled their personal journey into The Longevity Lab, bringing together advanced science and real human connection to help others optimise their health, reverse biological ageing and enjoy a stronger, more vibrant life.

Salem Domiati
Co-Founder | BSc (Physiotherapy) & GradDip Sports Physiotherapy
Salem is the co-founder of The Longevity Lab, a specialist sports physiotherapist and former Clinical Educator at Curtin University. With decades of clinical experience and advanced training in Functional Medicine, his work bridges movement science, lifestyle medicine and cutting-edge longevity research. After founding and operating more than 20 healthcare businesses across Australia, Salem recognised the limitations of reactive care. Treating injury was important, but he saw the need for earlier intervention to improve lives. That vision led him to research and establish The Longevity Lab, a science-led, preventative approach to helping individuals understand and optimise their long-term health.

Orlando Meehan
Clinician | B App Sc (Physiotherapy)
Orlando is a physiotherapist and allied health business owner and through extensive clinical practice, he has developed a deep understanding of how the body moves, heals and adapts, and how strength, recovery, sleep and lifestyle behaviours influence long-term health outcomes. His passion lies in helping individuals move beyond reactive treatment and toward proactive optimisation. At The Longevity Lab, Orlando integrates clinical physiotherapy, performance science and longevity principles to help clients improve energy, resilience and overall wellbeing. He works closely with individuals to translate health data into clear, practical strategies, building sustainable habits that support a stronger, healthier, more energetic and longer life.

Amir Mansur
Clinician | BSc (Chiropractic), BChiroSc
Amir is a chiropractor and remedial massage therapist with almost 20 years of experience in the health industry, helping people resolve physical ailments and move toward a more proactive relationship with their wellbeing. His passion for longevity is personal: at age 36, further investigation beyond routine blood tests led to the discovery of a growth hormone macroadenoma that had gone undetected and was quietly affecting his energy, mood and resilience. That experience gave him a firsthand understanding of the difference early detection can make, and deepened his commitment to helping others gain a true picture of their health before problems escalate. At The Longevity Lab, Amir combines his clinical background with the latest tools in preventative medicine to help clients understand their health on an individual level, so they can feel and function at their best for as long as possible

Melissa Domiati
Co-founder | Longevity Educator | Speaker & Author
Melissa is the co-founder of The Longevity Lab and the lead facilitator of its workshops and education programs. An internationally recognised educator and published author, she is known for translating the science of longevity into deeply human, engaging learning experiences. After surviving a near-death event and spending 12 months rebuilding her health, Melissa found her life’s purpose in helping others cultivate clarity, resilience and sustainable change. Her sessions are renowned for their warmth, depth, and accessibility, making complex ideas feel personal, achievable, and motivating — guiding individuals to take ownership of their health and build meaningful habits that support long-term wellbeing.
