We are a group of longevity seekers working on our own journeys. We are aiming to be physically well and mentally sharp beyond our 100th birthdays. It is our passion and vision to continue our research and learnings into longevity and disseminate it into meaningful formats that are user friendly and accessible to people like you who are wanting to extend your health span and your lifespan.

Our Mission

Certain things we do in life accelerate the ageing process, such as smoking and living a sedentary lifestyle, whereas others can decelerate the ageing process, include eating well, engaging with community, following certain protocols, taking supplements, and specific exercises depending on your personal goals. 

Our mission is to decelerate the ageing process, and assist others in doing the same.

Healthspan

The ageing process begins at birth and we can usually start to see tangible signs of ageing from around 30 years of age, when we start to notice that we can’t run as fast, don’t recover from injury as quickly, hair starts to grey or thin, and wrinkles start to appear. Internally, plaque may begin to be deposited on our arteries, and our internal organs stop working at their optimal level including our heart, lungs, liver, kidneys and pancreas. Increasing inflammaging happens also, which can lead to diseases of ageing including cardiovascular disease, cancer, neurodegenerative diseases (eg. Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s), frailty (eg. arthritis and osteoporosis), metabolic diseases (eg. diabetes), and immune system diseases.

The workshop was very informative and I went home with 4 new things to start doing to help with sleep, energy and posture. I learned that what we eat is related to many things like autoimmune disease and blood pressure that I hadn’t thought about.
